Founded in 1986 in San Salvador, El Salvador, "The Brother" is a family restaurant with a rich history that began under the name "Mama Chuz," in honor of the family's matriarch and founder. Over time, the business evolved and adopted the name "The Brother" in recognition of Mama Chuz's son, who has proudly carried on the family tradition.

"The Brother" specializes in grilled meats, particularly exquisite barbecued meats that capture the authentic flavors of Salvadoran roots.

"The Brother" has become an icon of local cuisine, where tradition and flavor meet in every bite.

The Flavor Of The Tradition

We were commissioned to evolve the brand to position them at the forefront of grilled food. In order to reach a wider target including new generations, it was an opportunity to claim their claim as the original and the best. The redesign of the visual image and the corporate image provided by OKO represents a new facet of the restaurant, now more modern and daring.

By aligning an effective strategy with a meaningful purpose, we can profoundly impact our environment.
